WHAT WE OFFER
One to One Session
Work with clients is based on acceptance and respect for human dignity, support, faith in personal strength, and the power of collaboration.
Structure of 5 or 10 Individual Sessions:
Each session would be a 1 hour session that involves a mix of discussion, reflection exercises, skill-building activities, and goal-setting to ensure a holistic approach to the client's well-being.
Additionally, ongoing assessment and flexibility in adapting the sessions to meet the client's evolving needs are essential.
Educational Training
Leadership Skill
Goal: Develop key leadership skills such as communication, decision-making, motivation, and conflict management.
Time Management skills
Goal: Learn strategies for effective time management, planning, and task prioritization to achieve work-life balance.
Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence
Goal: Develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, resilience, and spiritual growth to maintain mental and emotional well-being.
Synergy and Community
Goal: Foster mutual support, cooperation, and trust-building within the community to achieve common goals and support each participant.
STEP to EMPOWER Community HUB
"STEP to EMPOWER HUB" is a physical and virtual space for community or platform designed to support and empower ukrainians.
It serves as a hub or center where ukrainians can come together to network, share resources, access support services, and participate in various activities aimed at personal or professional development and integration activity.
